A Pilates studio that owns its own software, and its $7.70 trials.
Reformer Pilates and infrared sauna studio in Redondo Beach. We built the booking, membership, and point-of-sale platform that replaced Mindbody, then ran the Meta campaigns that fill the first-class slots.

Numbers a studio owner can read on a Monday. From a company named after fruit.
Meta Ads Manager and Stripe. Trials and cost per trial are the 28 days to Aug 18, 2026. Recurring revenue is list price across 27 active memberships on Sep 7, 2026. Platform revenue is all sales through the site and register in August 2026, not ad-attributed.
The ads were fine. The checkout was eating the customers.
Before we touched a campaign, we read the funnel. The old checkout forced people to create an account before they could pay. In fourteen days, 54 people hit that wall and 14 got through. The studio had also moved to Mindbody and regretted it: clunky for members, no ownership of the data, and no recurring billing that worked the way the owner wanted.
Rebuilt the platform and moved off Mindbody in a day
Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe Connect. Class scheduling with recurring slots, memberships with real subscriptions, a signed digital waiver, a rewards program, and a ClassPass sync that ingests a booking about a minute after the email lands. 205 profiles, 221 bookings, and 116 unused credits migrated at cutover.
Fixed the funnel before spending a dollar
Guest checkout, promo codes that actually apply, tracking that survives Safari. Before the fix, the ad landing page had logged 174 views and zero purchases.
Ran Meta around a free first class
UGC creatives beat statics nearly three to one on click-through (6.78% vs 2.52%). A $12-a-day retargeting set produced 16 trials and 4 purchases on $71. Broad sets hold $7 to $8 per trial.
Killed what did not work, in writing
The $69 intro-pack ad spent $66 with zero purchases and was paused. A 134-person win-back email measured zero redemptions; we diagnosed the promo bug, fixed it, and resent. Every miss is in the weekly report.
Put a register on the front desk
Stripe Terminal on an iPad: packs, custom charges, walk-in email capture that creates the account, and branded receipts from the same system that runs the site.
